COVID-19 Response Information

In response to COVID-19, Lighthouse Title and its affiliates have put the following protocols into place for entering any of our offices.  For your safety and ours please:

Wear A Mask

All of our offices will be requiring anyone over the age of 5 who enters our buildings to wear a mask!  If you do not have a mask, one will provided for you.

If you or your client are unable to wear a mask, please ask about our drive-up closing option.

Sign Our Waiver

We ask that you sign our check-in waiver after you’ve arrived.  Our wavier consists of 4 questions regarding COVID-19 symptoms and exposure.

In the event you answer ‘yes’ to any of the questions we can quickly get your appointment rescheduled.

Practice Social Distance

We would love to shake your hand but for now, let’s just say ‘Hello’.

Additionally, we ask that you remain 6 feet apart from one another.

Stay in your car…

Client(s) stay in the security of their vehicle.

We bring out the documents…

We will bring the closing documents to the client(s) vehicle for signing.

Copy of identification…

We will take a photograph of the client(s) license, state identification card, or other applicable forms of identification.

We will notarize…

We will notarize all applicable closing documents once signing in complete and send copies out to all applicable parties.
