COVID-19 Response Information
In response to COVID-19, Lighthouse Title and its affiliates have put the following protocols into place for all of our offices.
We have the following closing options: traditional in person closings and drive-up closings. Additionally, there may also be an option for remote online closings depending on the county and/or lender requirements. For availability and details regarding the remote online closing option please contact your local office.

TRADITIONAL IN PERSON
Wear A Mask
All offices will be requiring anyone over the age of 5 who enters our buildings to wear a mask! If you do not have a mask, one will provided for you.
If you or your client are unable to wear a mask, please ask about our drive-up closing option.
Sign Our Waiver
We ask that you sign our check-in waiver after you’ve arrived. Our wavier consists of 4 questions regarding COVID-19 symptoms and exposure.
In the event you answer ‘yes’ to any of the questions we can quickly get your appointment rescheduled.
Practice Social Distance
We would love to shake your hand but for now, let’s just say ‘Hello’.
Additionally, we ask that you remain 6 feet apart from one another.

DRIVE UP CLOSINGS
Stay in your car…
Client(s) stay in the security of their vehicle and call our office upon arrival. Please see our locations tab for your offices local number.
We bring out the documents…
We will bring the closing documents to the client(s) vehicle for signing.
Copy of identification…
We will take a photograph of the client(s) license, state identification card, or other applicable forms of identification.
We will notarize…
We will notarize all applicable closing documents once signing in complete and send copies out to all applicable parties.
